Stringybark trees are named after their characteristic deep fissured fibrous bark. They are found predominately in New South Wales, ACT, Victoria and some varieties are in parts of Queensland and South Australia.

Stringbark honey has a full, bold flavour without being overly sweet. As it is one of Australia's stronger, darker honey varieties it is the number one choice for many of our customers. As well as being a good table honey, it is fantastic to cook with due to providing extra flavour and it has wonderful frothing abilities when heated producing an extra light cake!

Available in 1kg PET tubs, 500g glass jars and 250g PET containers.
